By accessing and using WishKaro Studio (accessible at https://wishkaro.pages.dev/), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Permitted Use & Free License

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use our wisher studios, DP makers, and certificate builders.

  • You may create status cards, greetings, profile pictures, and citizen certificates for your personal social sharing.
  • Commercial reselling, repackaging, or hotlinking our code files/canvas scripts is strictly prohibited.

3. User-Uploaded Content & Photos

Certain modules allow you to upload images to overlay on custom layouts.

  • You retain full ownership of any photos you upload.
  • You represent and warrant that you hold all rights to the uploaded media and that it does not violate any third-party copyrights or local laws.
  • Since all processing is client-side, we have no access to, nor do we monitor, the images you choose to upload. You are solely responsible for the content you generate.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Scraping template content, codebases, or canvas logic from our static resources.
  • Attempts to disrupt, block, or bypass the advertisement scripts configured on the site.
  • Generating cards containing offensive, defamatory, or abusive language.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

WishKaro Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site, rendering quality of the canvas output across various browsers, or availability.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
